CEO Pete Bertenshaw and President Peter Strack announced today that Alliance Reservations Network has been acquired by RCI. The strategic acquisition augments the technology and services offered by RCI, the world’s largest vacation exchange network as part of Wyndham Destinations.

With Alliance’s best-in-class white-label travel platform and Group Productivity Solution, its event lodging management software, RCI plans to provide more accommodations inventory and other travel solutions to its affiliates and portfolio of brands, which includes Love Home Swap and exchange Network DAE. 

Alliance Reservations Network will continue to operate as an independent brand under the RCI umbrella to preserve its entrepreneurial spirit. Both Bertenshaw and Strack will remain in their current roles at Alliance to maximize the new opportunity with RCI. Alliance will align its strategic goals with those of RCI, but also looks forward to bringing new features and enhancements to its technology platform to market as previously planned.

The efficiencies created by bringing the resources of these two companies together is expected to drive innovation.
